The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has initiated a comprehensive regularization exercise targeting estate developers in Lugbe, Karu, and Kubwa districts within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. This initiative aims to ensure compliance with building regulations and land ownership documentation, addressing the pervasive issue of unauthorized developments. A three-month ultimatum has been issued to developers in these areas, mandating them to submit all necessary documentation for verification and approval.
