The project, scheduled for completion within 18 months, will be executed by Bensat Company Limited and is poised to become a central hub for social and educational activities, accommodating up to 2,000 people. The collaborative discussions culminated in a consensus to officially commence the project with a sod-cutting ceremony on January 17, 2025. Hon. Taylor, who had initially pledged to build a community center during his election campaign, expressed his profound gratitude to AngloGold Ashanti for generously undertaking the full financial responsibility for the project, recognizing the significant positive impact it will have on the lives of the residents of Tarkwa-Nsuaem.

These initiatives, totaling over GH¢1.1 million, addressed critical needs within the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality, improving educational infrastructure and providing essential social spaces for residents.
