Avon Healthcare Limited, a subsidiary of Heirs Holdings, has recently appointed Osakpamwan Imasogie as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2024. Imasogie succeeds Adesimbo Ukiri, who served as the company’s pioneering Managing Director and CEO since its inception in 2012. Under Ukiri’s leadership, Avon HMO has successfully transitioned from a startup in a competitive healthcare market to a leading entity in Nigeria’s health management space. This strong educational foundation complements his extensive career experience that spans operations, compliance, strategy, and project management across both healthcare and financial services.
