Among the newly selected scholars are individuals with diverse academic interests and aspirations. Tijjanni Mukaddas, the 2025 Chevening Fellow, will pursue his studies at the Oxford Centre of Islamic Studies, focusing on developing impactful policies to address the educational challenges faced by millions of Nigerian children. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity and highlighted the transformative potential of the fellowship in enabling him to contribute to improving access to education in Nigeria. Cynthia Okoli, a Commonwealth Scholar, will embark on her studies at the Royal Veterinary College and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She expressed excitement about the opportunity to enhance her skills, build international networks, and broaden her perspectives, ultimately strengthening her capacity to contribute effectively in multidisciplinary settings upon her return to Nigeria.
