FRSC Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed expressed profound sorrow and extended condolences to the bereaved families and the Kano State government. He emphasized the critical need for fleet operators to enforce mandatory rest periods for drivers and ensure strict adherence to speed limits, particularly during nighttime journeys where visibility is significantly reduced.
