As Ghana prepares for the General Election scheduled for December 7, 2024, the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has organized a parliamentary debate for candidates in the Obuasi East constituency. He outlined his commitment to stimulating local economic growth through initiatives aimed at attracting new businesses, supporting existing ones, and creating jobs. Reflecting on his tenure, Boakye-Yiadom mentioned specific achievements like the establishment of a Gari Processing Factory at Mampamhwe, which has significantly contributed to employment opportunities in the area.
