Currently serving as the Vice President and Chairman of the Finance and General-Purpose Committee, he boasts over 35 years of experience in tax administration, culminating in his retirement as Coordinating Director, Support Services Group, at the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). This extensive background in tax administration provides him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the Nigerian tax system, the challenges faced by taxpayers and tax professionals, and the opportunities for reform and improvement.
