Tamale Technical University (TaTU) recently held an induction ceremony for its new Vice Chancellor, Prof. Bashiru Ibn Imoro Saeed, marking a pivotal moment in the university’s leadership transition. Prof. Bashiru takes over from Prof. Abass Braimah, who served as the first VC from September 2020 until July 2024, during which time the university made impressive strides in both academic offerings and infrastructure development.
