He further enriched his academic profile with studies at the internationally renowned Wageningen University and Research, also in the Netherlands. This comprehensive educational background has equipped him with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to address complex development challenges, particularly in the agricultural sector.

His professional career reflects a diverse and impactful engagement across various sectors. Starting as a teacher after receiving his Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ from Tumu College of Education, he gained valuable experience in imparting knowledge and shaping young minds. His subsequent roles have spanned national and international organizations, NGOs, and the corporate sector, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability. He served as a Policy Advisor on Cocoa and Agribusiness at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Accra, providing crucial policy guidance and engaging with key stakeholders like the IMF, World Bank, and the Government of Ghana. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of international development cooperation and the complexities of agricultural policy.

Prior to his diplomatic role, Dr. Zuobog contributed his expertise to the Ghana Cocoa Board as a Technical Officer in the Cocoa Health and Extension Division. He also played a significant role in capacity building as the Programming and Training Specialist for the Agriculture sector with the United States Peace Corps in Ghana. His diverse experiences also include lecturing at the Anglican University College of Technology and working with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Currently, he serves as the Programme Manager at Fairtrade Africa, leading a crucial project funded by the German government’s International Climate Initiative (IKI).
